I brought my X5 to the garage because it wouldn't start anymore. They changed the ground cable and when I got my vehicle back, I had 8 major errors with zero estimate or at least a list of repairs to be done. The service is really not up to the expectations of a BMW dealership. I do not recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They will scam you out of the 500$ reimbursable reserve fee. Whatever you do, do not PAY. Very shady way of doing business. Buy from BMW Montreal Centre, way better service there.

I was at this service center a few weeks ago to change the breaking pads of my BMW X1. I was charged with $1,120 which seemed very steep to me. Prior to the appointment, I did not check the cost elsewhere as I just trusted BMW for treating its clients fairly. Recently, I spoke with a few of my friends and I realized that I was totally ripped off by this service center as I could get the exact same service elsewhere with much less fees (at least $500 less). Also, upon googling, I noticed that BMW service centers are notorious for overcharging clients. That being said, and since the trust is broken, I decided not to use services of BMW service centers (and specifically this service center in Brossard) anymore and spread the word so that other people is aware of this issue. This is the least I can do to make BMW service centers accountable for overcharging clients.
